Propera was born in Cannes, where real estate is a family story: my grandfather started in real estate in the 1970s, before building his own agency, and it was his entrepreneurial success that inspired me to enter this field in turn.
My path then led me through two complementary standards: luxury hospitality, notably at the Martinez, where impeccable service is a given, then financial audit in Monaco, a profession of rigour that led me to engage with executives of major companies, where every figure must be analysed with sound judgement and every commitment honoured.
Propera was born from the meeting of these two standards, driven by a simple ambition: never let a property be managed by halves, but reveal its full potential. Every property we manage deserves to be showcased with the same care as a hotel suite. A single point of contact, who knows your property, your neighbourhood and your goals: that is the choice we have made for you.
